We are proud to announce the launch of XIRUGRAVURAS our second artbook production.

Containing 28 original woodcuts created by 26 artists from the southern region of Brazil, it is hand bound and limited to a numbered edition of 400. All hand printed in a letterpress machine. 48 x 33 cm hardcover.

‘Xiru’ means bro, from brother, old fella, good friend, in the traditional way to speak, mixing the slangs of native origins with the traditional from Rio Grande do Sul state. ‘Gravuras’ means artistic woodcut.
